Kollections – Terms and Conditions for Supplying curated Pop-Up Exhibitors Stalls

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions:​

​

  • Kollections", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Kollections, the source is providing access to curated pop-up stall exhibitors/vendors for events.

  • "Exhibitor/Vendor" is  a third-party stall-holder selling their products or services.

  • "Client", "you", or "your" means the person or company contracting Kollections to supply stall vendors for their event.

  • "Event" Kollections facilitates vendors to provide products/services to the community or for your event

  • "Services" means the coordination, sourcing, and provision of suitable vendors for events.

  • Any reference to a clause or section refers to a clause in this document unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Information About You and Your Customer​

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your event, including expected attendance, venue details, setup times, and any special requirements.

If you're contracting us on behalf of a third party (e.g. your client), you confirm you have their consent and authority to do so and that they are bound by these Terms as if they were the contracting party.

3. The Contract

​These Terms form the basis of the contract between you and Kollections once:

  • You confirm your acceptance (electronically by email kollections.18@gmail.com)

  • We confirm your booking or vendor match in writing

These Terms apply to the exclusion of any others, unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Description of the Services Provided (and What Is Not Provided)

Kollections provides the following services:

  • Sourcing suitable, vetted pop-up vendors for your event based on your requirements subject to their availability.

  • Coordinating vendor logistics (arrival times, basic stall requirements, etc)

  • Acting as a liaison between you and the vendor’s pre-event.

What we do NOT provide or responsible for:

  • For individual vendor performance or product quality.

  • We do not manage or operate the vendor stalls directly.

  • We do not supply venue permits, power, or physical infrastructure

 

5. Providing the Services

​We will use reasonable skill and care to provide services in accordance with your brief. Timelines and delivery depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.

If changes or delays occur outside our control (e.g., weather, vendor cancellations, force majeure), we will notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to resolve them but cannot guarantee outcomes.

6. Price and Payment

  • Our service fee will be confirmed in writing based on your event needs and scope.

  • Payments must be made by bank transfer

  • Exhibitors fee for Kollections event £30 per table.  £10 each additional charge for rail/s

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of vendor bookings.

7. Problems with the Services and Your Legal Rights

If you are unhappy with any part of our service:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at [kollections.18@gmail.com]

  • We will investigate and, where appropriate, seek to rectify the issue.

Your statutory rights under consumer protection law remain unaffected. However, as our vendors are third parties, Kollections cannot guarantee individual vendor conduct, nor accept liability for loss caused by vendor failures unless due to our negligence.

 

8. Your Liability​

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring vendors can safely set up and trade at your venue.

  • Securing necessary permits, insurance, or permissions for your event.

  • You must source a TEN (Temporary Events Notice)  licence from the council if alcohol is being served at the event.  

  • Any costs, damage, or claims arising from your event setup or failure to comply with laws.

 

9. Our Liability

Kollections will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profit, business, or goodwill.

  • Delay or failure due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. vendor illness, vendors service due to weather, venue closures, etc.)

  • Any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the service fee you paid, unless prohibited by law.
